After graduating from Tunstall High School just outside
of Danville, Virginia Gary continued his education by
earning business degrees from three different colleges.
He received his Associate in Science degree with a
concentration in Business Administration from Danville
Community College (graduating Cume Laude). He
received a BS degree with a double major in marketing
and management from the University of Virginia and
earned his MBA degree from Colorado State University.
Over the years, Gary has worked in marketing research
management for three Fortune 500 companies including
RJR Nabisco, Kellogg’s, and Hanesbrands, Inc.
Gary now owns and manages a successful business of
his own, OUTDOOR surveys. He is blessed with doing what
he knows and does well (marketing research) and is
applying that knowledge in an area he truly loves - our
